Should Napkins Be Woven with Cotton Yarn?
I don't know! I tried it out on my rigid heddle loom with 8/2 cotton. I learned several things, and I plan to continue the woven napkin experiment in several different ways!
Ashford Rigid Heddle Loom
- 24" loom
- 15 dpi heddle
- 8/2 cotton
- 22.5" wide warp (about 338 ends)
- 72" long warp
- weft: 2" black for the hem, 19" white, another 2" black for the other hem
- finished dimensions 19" wide x 17" long after washed & dried
